Current development proposals

Responsible growth is part of vibrant communities.  Here's a list of some projects that have recently received preliminary approval or are pending review from Mount Dora's Development Review Committee.   Depending on the specific type of development, these projects will require additional approvals from the City's Planning and Zoning Commission and/or Mount Dora City Council.  Projects located in unincorporated Mount Dora, instead require the approval of the county where they are located, which is either Lake County or Orange County.
