No place celebrates fall like Mount Dora, Tavares & Eustis!  From craft fairs and fall festivals to scary Halloween fun, there is always something for everyone.  Here are the area's annual round up of the best local events of the season.  Please note dates and hours may change at operator's discretion.

Fall in the Field
October 4 & 5, 2025
Activities:  The best event for fall decor, heirloom pumpkins of all shapes, sizes and varieties, plus expansive vintage shopping. Free parking.
Hours:  9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Admission:  Free
Location:  Renningers Antique Center, 10651 U.S. Highway 441 Mount Dora

Long & Scott Corn Maze Adventure
September 27-November 16 2025 (weekends only)
Activities:  Corn mazes, bounce pillow, super slide, catch-and-release fishing, night mazes,  
Hours:  Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.   Last entrance is 4 p.m.  Visitors should get there early to avoid long lines.  Hours subject to change

​A Lot of Pumpkins at Santa's Farm
Fridays and weekends beginning September 27 to November, 2025
Activities:  Hay rides, bounce pillow, giant slide, farm animals, barrel train and wood maze. plus plenty of pumpkins are available for purchase.  Some activities require additional purchase.
Admission at gate:  $23 on weekends and $13 on weekdays. Kids two and under are free.

Fall Festival at Amber Brooke Farms
September 20 - November 2, 2025 (weekends only)
Activities: Pumpkin barn, flower fields, petting zoo, vendors, food trucks, live music, and more.
Admission: Cost varies depending on activities chosen
Hours:  10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Sunsational Farms Fall Festival 
October 4, 2025
Activities:  Carnival games, bee train, face painting, bounce house and u-pick mini pumpkins.  Some activities require a separate ticket purchase.  There are also u-pick sunflowers and mini-pumpkins.

Eustis Fall Festival
September 2025
​Hosted by the City of Eustis, this family-friendly event features an inflatable corn maze and costume contest for kids in various categories.  
Hours:  10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Location:  Ferran Park, downtown Eustis

Rocktober Fest & Monster Splash Seaplane Fly-in
October 18, 2025
Hosted by the City of Tavares, this annual event features live music, contests, food trucks and vendors.  Monster Splash Seaplane Fly-In at 11 a.m.  
Hours: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

REALLY Scary Stuff!

Dr. Grimley's Haunted Trail
October 3 through November 1 (weekends only)
Activities:  This year there are double the trails during this intense and scary experience that's not for the faint of heart.  Enter if you dare! 
Hours:  7:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Admission:  Tickets start at $25

Fear Reach Scream Park 
October 3 through November 1, 2025
Activities:  A super spooky night of fun not for the faint of heart. The Halloween-themed event features three scary venues with live actors, a full bar, live music and food available for purchase.
Days/Hours:  Every Friday and Saturday in October from 7 p.m. to midnight.

HALLOWEEN FUN

Boo! Fest
October 24, 2025
Hours:  6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
This free family-friendly event features a large trunk-or-treat area with tons of free candy, a DJ with great music, food vendors, a creepy tent for kids, a costume contest, a movie in the park, and more!

Tails & Treats
October 26, 2025
Hours:  10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Activities: Kids can enjoy the farm with its mini pumpkin patch, trick or treating, petting zoo, farm tours, pony rides, costume contest, and more.
Admission:  $12, children 1 and under free

Trick-or-Treat  Mount Dora
October 31, 2025
Activities:  Trick or treating for kids at many participating downtown Mount Dora businesses.
