3 NEW BUSINESSES TO OPEN NEXT TO PANERA BREAD IN EUSTIS

The sight of construction on U.S. 441 near Panera Bread was enough to get tongues wagging and spark rumors about what new businesses are setting up shop.

The fact is, there are three new national chains moving into the spot across from Mount Dora's Target. Kay’s Jewelers, Marco’s Pizza, and Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa will all have locations at the site under construction in the strip center in Eustis. No completion or opening date has been determined.

Currently, the closest Kay’s Jewelers is inside the Leesburg Mall, while the nearest Marco’s Pizza is in Apopka. Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise concept with nearby spas in Lake Mary and Longwood. All of their franchises are open seven days a week with extended hours.

Wouldn't it be great if some "Mom and :Pop" local business had the means to set up shop there...that would really be worth cheering!

Sure wish one was a Fresh Market! So in need for a really good market.tired of driving out of our county to shop.

Another pizza place and places no one goes to, and we don't need another mattress firm. That's why they move in and out, and we go to Sanford to shop

It surely would be nice to have some new businesses like Burlington Coat Factory, Home Goods, Kirklands, etc. We surely do have enough Auto and Mattress Stores! And how about a Texas Roadhouse or some Mom and Pop down home cookin' and fewer new fast food stores.

I couldn't agree more with all the comments I have read here. I also am tired of traveling out of our county to get to shop at Fresh market....stinemart....himegoods, etc. It's a g ood thing keeping money local don't you think.

We need another Pizza Place, massage studio and jewelry store like a hole Mt he head. How about a fresh market or Whole Foods not the same thing we already have
plenty of or we can drive a bit further for jewelry. Who makes these decisions?

We need some nice sit down restaurants cheddars, BJ's, bone fish, pollo tropical, Zaxbys, boston market. I thought with the new epic theater it would attract new stores and restaurants. Where are the famous foot, Burlington, sports academy, old navy, or a Nike store. The tri-city area is large enough to support those types of businesses
