-  The newest store in Mount Dora's  Renaissance Building has decided to double its size.  Black Swan Mercantile, located on the ground floor, is expanding into the adjacent space formerly occupied by Memories of Mount Dora. The expansion is expected to be completed by mid-October and include a section just for guys.

-  Don't  panic!  A mailing list mix-up had loyal customers of Gold in Art in a tizzy after believing the store was moving from its Donnelly Street location.  No worries, they aren't. The postcard was intended for their Lady Lake store's customers to alert them that store was moving.  Whew!

-  Speaking of bling...Mount Dora Estate Jewelry is relocating to another downtown location. The store is leaving the Renaissance Building for bigger digs on Alexander street downtown.

-  Just a little more patience is needed before Allyson A Bakeshop opens on 4th Avenue downtown.    The bakery's owner is now projecting mid-October for the soft opening in the  space formerly occupied by Cupcake Delights.
